The information about the emergency, chat messages with the administrators and other data related to the emergency (location, metadata, date, and time) are stored on the special emergency servers for a few days. These are in data centers with high security standards. All data is encrypted when it is sent and stored.
All optional personal information that you enter in the app (birth date, gender, health conditions, disabilities, other information) is only stored on your phone at first. When you make an emergency SOS, we only share the information with the emergency center that is needed for the specific case.
